Pet Policy
Yes, Ames Lofts is a pet-friendly community, with management approval required for all animals. Residents are allowed two pets per home.
Per our pet policy, the following breeds are restricted:
- Akita
- American Staffordshire Terrier/Bull Terrier (Pit Bull)
- Presa Canario
- Chow Chow
- Doberman Pinscher
- German Shepherd
- Great Dane
- Husky and Malamute breeds
- Rottweiler
- Wolf or restricted-breed mixes
Service animals are generally exempt.
Yes, all pets must be approved by management before moving in.
